Fifteen years inside private lending operations.

The seat I came from

More than fifteen years in private real estate lending operations: loan servicing, fund control, asset management, workout, and secondary-market loan sales, across RTL, fix-and-flip, and DSCR product. At Nvestor Funding I joined the founding team as SVP and was there from two people to roughly $300 million in assets under management. Growth like that teaches you something specific: the process that works at ten loans a month quietly stops working at a hundred, and nobody sends a notice when it happens.

Why I build

For most of my career, the answer to a broken process was another spreadsheet or a vendor quote due back in two quarters. I got tired of knowing exactly what the system should do and not being able to make it exist, so I learned to build. An MBA at the W. P. Carey School of Business followed, with a concentration in artificial intelligence, and the working method now is AI-native: design the system, then build it with AI as a collaborator rather than wait on someone else's roadmap. That is the reason a fixed-scope 90-day build is a real offer instead of an optimistic one.

I am not a consultant who learned lending. I am a lending operator who learned to ship software.

Things I have actually shipped

Loan boarding pipeline

A production pipeline moving loan data from Salesforce through Snowflake into The Mortgage Office by API. It took a 90-minute manual boarding process down to 5 minutes.

Monday.com draw-management app

A custom draw-management application built on Monday.com: a FastAPI service with a React interface. The code is public.

Investor-reporting middleware

Middleware that automated investor reporting for an institutional capital relationship, replacing a manual assembly process that ran every reporting cycle.

Fund control rebuild

The construction draw and fund control process rebuilt off spreadsheets in my own operating role. Reimbursement went from seven days to two.

What CtrlCap is

A Monday.com consulting and systems integration practice for private lenders, debt funds, and real estate investment firms, run by a Monday.com Certified Partner. Fixed scope, delivered in 90 days, connected to the systems you already run, and built so your team owns it without depending on anyone afterward. No bench, no account manager, no junior consultant learning your business on your budget. When you hire CtrlCap, I do the work, and if you want me around after handoff, that is a support plan you choose, not a dependency someone designed.
